The undersigned member of UP Pan Xenia Fraternity Foundation, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, (hereinafter referred to as the “Foundation”) hereby nominates, constitutes, and appoints Mr. Rafael P. Villanueva as its proxy to represent and vote all of its contribution in the Foundation registered in his name in the corporate books and records of the Foundation at the annual meeting of the members of the Foundation scheduled on September 23, 2023 in Makati City, Philippines, and at any adjournments thereof.
